To minimize bruising, avoid consuming alcohol, caffeine and aspirin 24-48 hours before treatment
Schedule treatment 2 weeks prior to a special event

Avoid lying down for 4 hours, working out for 24 hours, and facials or deep facial massages for 2 weeks after treatment
Swelling and bruising are normal, you may take Tylenol, oral arnica, and use a cold compress to manage symptoms
