Pre

• Stay hydrated and avoid eating a high triglyceride diet 48-72 hours before treatment for ease of blood draw 

• To minimize bruising, avoid consuming alcohol, caffeine and aspirin 24-48 hours before treatment 

• Avoid medications such as blood thinners and anti-inflammatory medications 

• Avoid smoking for maximum treatment efficacy 

• Cannot be pregnant or nursing at the time of treatment

Post

• Avoid applying ice or any cold compresses to the treatment area 

• Do not touch or massage the treatment area 

• Avoid lying down for 4 hours, working out for 24 hours, and facials or deep facial massages for 2 weeks after treatment 

• Swelling and bruising are normal, ask your healthcare provider before taking any medications such as ibuprofen or aspirin
